It isn't easy being Phil. This much cuteness in such a tiny package is too much for some. He is a talker when he is lonely, but quiets down when given attention. Phil is a five-year-old terrier mix who weighs around 15 pounds.
Our adoption fee of $80 helps offset the cost of preparing our guests to enter a forever home! While expenses for each animal varies, the average healthy dog or cat receives $500 in medical treatment between intake and adoption. Variables in the cost are conditional based on guest needs with some topping out at thousands of dollars.
