Rosie came to us from a previous adopter who found her playing in traffic. She has been with us while we attempt to find her home. She has no chip, only a collar without any ID making it hard to find her family, as well as prove ownership. Rosie recommends having a registered chip to help all pets find their homes when they become lost.
