This beautiful Ragdoll kitty is Dolly. She was born in 2016. She and her brother, Raggs, came to LIFE House when their elderly owner had to move to a long-term care facility. As is characteristic of her breed, Dolly is sweet-natured and thrives on human attention and companionship. Ragdolls tend to be large cats and Dolly is no exception at about 15 pounds. While her brother Rags is mischievous, Dolly is a bit more shy than her brother, but once she is comfortable with her surroundings, she is very social and has even learned to fetch. Be prepared to comb her once or twice a week to keep her looking and feeling good. Dolly is relatively healthy but suffers from irritable bowel disease or IBD and is on a daily pill for her condition. The medication is not expensive and she takes it like a trooper. Dolly eats a prescription dry cat food. Raggs and Dolly have been together since they were kittens and we would like to keep them together, if possible.
